The Club Committee has arranged for the club AGM to take place on Thursday 14 March 2024 at 19:30. The meeting will be held in the Marlar Room at the clubhouse.

Attached are the AGM notice, minutes for the previous year's AGM, Chairman's report and Club Safeguarding Statement for adoption at the AGM.

The remaining reports will follow prior to the meeting.

The committee is currently approaching candidates to stand as President and is in discussion with other members about the vacant roles. However, if there are any members who are interested in a role on the Committee or otherwise support the club, please contact Adam Clarke, Club Chairman, or other member of the Committee.
