Refunds: Refunds for cricket club fees will only be considered under specific circumstances. Refunds will be granted if a child sustains a long-term injury, preventing them from participating in the sport for an extended period as determined by the club committee. Additionally, refunds may be provided if unforeseen family circumstances arise, significantly impacting the child's ability to attend training sessions.
Non-Refundable Situations: The cricket club does not offer refunds for children or adults who choose to move to another club or decide they no longer wish to attend training sessions. Once fees are paid, they are non-refundable unless the conditions outlined in point 1 are met.
Refund Requests: Any requests for refunds must be made in writing to the club committee (colts@owcricket.com), detailing the reasons for the request and providing any necessary documentation, such as medical certificates or proof of significant family changes.
Committee Discretion: The club committee reserves the right to review and assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis. Decisions made by the committee regarding refund eligibility are final and binding.
Notification: It is the responsibility of the member or their guardian to notify the club committee promptly of any circumstances that may warrant a refund.
By enrolling in Old Whitgiftians CC and paying the required fees, members and their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions regarding refunds.
